Recalim The Frame x International:
Zuhal dir. Nazli Elif Drulu (Turkey, 2021)
Garden Cinema, London – Thursday 15 December, 8:oo PM
Intro by our Director Melanie Iredale
Zuhal, a successful lawyer living in a central neighborhood of İstanbul, begins to hear the sound of a cat meowing in her apartment. Embarking on a desperate quest around her building to find the source of the sound that keeps her awake at night, Zuhal knocks on the doors of her neighbours with whom she had no prior contact. Getting more absurd with time, the search for the elusive cat will be the beginning of a new awakening for Zuhal, who seeks her own truth.
Zuhal will be presented with Descriptive Subtitles (SDH). If you have any questions about the access provisions for this event, you can contact our Access & Inclusion Manager at charlotte@birds-eye-view.co.uk
