How We Work Now

Sixty-three percent of respondents to a recent survey are
considering leaving the screen industries, citing stress.
Raising Films has recently published a report based on
these findings, entitled How We Work Now. With this as a
starting point, this session aims to provide a much-needed
intervention. It will explore how we can make our sector a
fairer place to work for everyone, including parents and carers.
Joined by Birds’ Eye View, a charity which advocates for
gender equality and inclusion in cinema, Raising Films will
discuss how we might work towards a happier, healthier
working culture through solutions rooted in community
research and grassroots organising.
