We will be in discussion with MISBEHAVIOUR director Philippa Lowthorpe on Wednesday 22 April from 6.00pm (GMT) via Facebook Live. Visit our Facebook Page here and tune in.
MISBEHAVIOUR tells the sensational true story of the disruption of the 1970 Miss World contest by the nascent Women’s Liberation Movement, an event which made headlines around the world. In the middle of one of the most popular TV shows in the world, watched by 100 million viewers, the Libbers spectacularly disrupted the broadcast.
Not only that, when order was restored, the first woman of colour – Jennifer Hosten of Grenada – won the Miss World crown.
The film is directed by BAFTA winner Philippa Lowthorpe (Three Girls) and stars Keira Knightley, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jessie Buckley, Greg Kinnear, Lesley Manville, Keeley Hawes, Rhys Ifans and Phyllis Logan.
You can catch the film now on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Microsoft, Sony Playstation, Rakuten. Chili, Sky Movies, TalkTalk and BT TV
