DEATH PENALTY PROJECT: CLEMENCY PANEL DISCUSSION

FACEBOOK & YOUTUBE LIVE /

Join us and the team at Death Penalty Project on Thursday 13 August, 8.00pm for a special panel discussion with Professor of Sociology and death row expert Michael Radelet, criminal defence lawyer and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Witness to Innocence Elizabeth Zitrin and former death row (and innocent) prisoner Ndume Olatushani.

Olatushani spent 28 years in prison in Tennessee – 20 of those on death row – for a crime that he did not commit. He was exonerated in 2012.

The panel will be discussing the death penalty in the US and recent executions that have taken place. The talk will be broadcast live this Thursday from 8.00pm.
