the fourth Birds Eye View Film Festival: a week of inspiration and celebration,
with over 70 events at London's leading cinema venues. Each year we showcase
the very best in new features, documentaries and short films from women
filmmakers from across the globe, alongside premiere screenings, special
multi-media events, Q&As, panel discussions and parties.

Highlights
for our 2008 festival include:

Opening
Night Gala:star of stage and screen Maureen Lipman opens
Birds Eye View and celebrates International Women's Week with a fantastic
range of short films from internationally emerging talent, with director
Q&A plus twice grammy-nominated Imogen Heap plays live piano accompaniment
to some early comedy, all followed by a free party in the BFI filmcafe.
