BEV's new Creative Director Kate Gerova said: 'I'm delighted that this year's special Festival has been such a hit with audiences, and I'm especially pleased that it has seen growing industry attendance as well as Birds Eye View's first ever International Delegates programme in partnership with the British Council and BAFTA.'
The Festival also achieved record media attention including interviews and features for BBC News, ITV News, Radio 4's Film Programme, CNN. the Independent, Guardian and Telegraph and widespread coverage across other UK and international press all helping raise the profile of the most exciting new directors from across the Middle East and North Africa.
A huge thanks goes out to all our partners, supporters and volunteers who helped make the Festival possible. We'll be back soon with much, much more to come from Birds Eye View...
