Helen is a Producer and Co-Founder of Silver Salt Films, along with fellow participant Naomi Wright.  The company creates female-focused content for a global audience and our development slate includes Naomi Wright’s World War Two set directorial debut WIRA, Prano Bailey-Bond’s feature debut, thriller-horror CENSOR and her psychological horror WOMB.  The company’s first feature, documentary-drama OCCIDENT’S MARCH is in post-production, the follow-up film to C.W Winter and Anders Edstrom’s THE ANCHORAGE, which was awarded Locarno Film Festival’s Golden Leopard (Filmmakers of the Present) and named ‘Best First Film of the Year’ by The New York Times. Prior to forming Silver Salt Films, Helen’s background has primarily been in international theatrical distribution, having worked most recently for CinemaLive (Head of Acquisitions and Distribution) and Columbia Pictures (part of the Sony Pictures Entertainment group).
