Join us on Wednesday 5 October 7.30pm at Curzon Mayfair for a special preview screening of The Girl on the Train  followed by ‘From Book to Script to Screen’ – discussing the process of film adaptation, writing and production with acclaimed Script Editor Kate Leys and Oscar winning producer Mia Bays, in conversation with film critic Ian Haydn Smith.

Based on Paula Hawkins’ bestselling novel, The Girl on the Train is one of the most anticipated films of 2016. Rachel Watson (Emily Blunt) spends her daily commute fantasising about the seemingly perfect couple who live in a house that her train passes every day. Until one morning she sees something shocking happen there and becomes entangled in the mystery that unfolds. Alongside Emily Blunt in the titular role, the cast includes Luke Evans (High Rise), Justin Theroux (Parks & RecreationMulholland Drive) and Alison Janney (Finding DoryThe West Wing).
